Lymphatic drainage massage is a very gentle type of massage designed to encourage the movement of lymph fluid through the lymphatic system.

The lymphatic system is part of the body's natural drainage and immune system. It helps collect excess fluid from tissues and transports it through lymphatic vessels and lymph nodes.

Unlike a traditional massage, lymphatic drainage isn't about using strong pressure or working deeply into the muscles.

In fact, one of the first things I explain to clients is that gentle doesn't mean ineffective.

The treatment uses light, rhythmic movements, and I also incorporate specific breathing techniques during the appointment.
